Risk Assessment Executive
Assessment and monitoring on online merchants' application and performance.
Monitor online transaction fraud.
Handling for fraud, dispute and chargeback.
Attend to customer's and merchant's enquiries and complaints.
Prepare reports and analysis for management review.
Involve in project and special task that will be assigned from time to time.
Possess at least STPM/ Diploma.
Experience in risk assessment, administration, operation & co-ordination fields.
Multi-tasking and knowledge in E-Commerce are added advantages.
Good in using Microsoft Office; Words, Excel and Power Point.
Fluent in English and Malay. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Willing to learn, positive attitude and self-motivated.
Fresh graduates or under internship programme also are encouraged to apply.
Able to start work immediately.
