Implementation Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Technical implementation of products and solutions for new and existing merchants. Utilize development and programming experience to ensure a solid and scalable overall implementation.
  • Serve as the consultative partner to our merchants during their integration with iPay88by advocating for payments best practices.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in specific solutions/verticals (e-commerce, point ofsale, multi-faceted platforms, etc).
  • Develop new ways to drive onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Work together cross-functionally with Account Managers, Product, and IT team to get merchants live.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience integrating with web APIs emphasis on payments solutions. Experience with modern web frameworks a plus.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDK’s, etc.).
  • Implementation experience of High Availability & Disaster Recovery, Backup & Recovery Strategies.
  • Excellent personal skills with professional effective communication, verbal and written; comfortable leading meetings with C-level contacts.
  • Customer oriented mentality; Details oriented and a team player; Initiative and self-managed; Time management and result oriented.
  • Ability to identify and clearly communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.
