These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) governs the relationship between iPay88 (M) Sdn Bhd, including but not limited to its holding company, affiliated companies, and subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as “iPay88”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and each person with access to our website (“hereinafter collectively referred to as “user” , “you” or “your”) on the acceptable terms of use of our website.
By accessing our website by any means of access, you confirm that you have read and are authorized to accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and their subsequent modifications and updates, where applicable. These Terms shall be read together with the other applicable policies on our website. You are to cease the use of our website should you not agree with any of the Terms below.

These Terms are governed by and are to be construed according to the laws of Malaysia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

These Terms and the relevant policies herein establish and constitute the entire agreement of the parties in respect of your use of our website. It shall supersede all previous agreements between the parties in respect of the same. No waiver of any rights, breach or default by iPay88 under these Terms shall be valid unless made in writing.
